All returning students must have a Re-Enrollment Form submitted to the office by May 5th, 2023, by 3:00 pm, MST. The forms are available on this website here for preschool kids and here for upcoming K-8th-grade students, starting today. As a school of choice, you must choose SMCS every year by re-enrolling your student(s). Failure to submit these forms by May 5th will result in loss of placement at SMCS.
