3rd Grade end of year celebratory trip.  Details to come.

Parents and friends of the 3rd Graders, please come and watch the 3rd graders present their semester-long research projects!  The kids work so hard and finally get to show off their knowledge.  Lunch will be served by the 3rd Graders.  

The annual SMCS lottery will be held today. We will host a lottery drawing for all applications received between February 1st and March 31st, 2023. If you have been on our waitlist in years past, you must re-apply each year to remain on the waitlist, by going through the lottery. We will draw names for openings and then create a new waitlist where there are no current openings. Attendance is open, but not required for admittance. Please contact the Head of School, Courtney Landry with any questions.

All new families interested in applying for the 2024-25 school year, make sure that we have received your applications by 3:00 pm today!  Every child applying must have an application turned in.  It is free to apply and applications can be found here.  All applications received between February 1st and March 31st will be included in our lottery on April 5th.

For ALL returning Preschool students: The Contract, Program Agreement, and Deposit for the 2024-25 school year, are due today. Please make sure you submit both forms and the deposit to retain placement for next year. Failure to submit these forms and deposit will result in loss of placement for your student in the 2024-25 school year. You can access the Contract and Program Agreement here.

*Deposits are non-refundable and are converted to Supply Fees for the 2024-25 school year. If this presents a hardship for your family , please contact the front office.

Intent-to-Return Forms for 2024-25 due TODAY!  Make sure you have filled out your forms to reserve your space for next year.  Each student must have a form filled out and returned to the office. Happy New Year!  We hope you had a wonderful break!  Classes resume today.

After a break during COVID, the annual school-wide tradition is back! Each of the classes will present a song, and this year's Holiday Tea features musical direction by Ms. Megan Lombardo. Artwork and decorations made by the students will also be on display. The school will provide tea, and the parents supply the cookies!

Students are dismissed at the conclusion of the event.

The Secondary Big Project Expo is scheduled for Thursday, December 14th. Secondary students have been working hard on either a Science project or an Independent Research project. This afternoon they are ready to share. Families of Secondary students are invited to the gym to celebrate their student’s good work!

It's that time of year to come and hear about all of the wonderful things that your student is learning!  Each classroom will distribute sign up forms for individual meeting times.  More info to come.
